This year, many brands are starting their Black Friday sales much earlier than normal. Each brand has its own reason but I suspect many are trying to get ahead of slow shipping times that are plaguing many areas right now. Personally, I have started my Christmas shopping earlier than usual for that exact reason. So I’m happy to see the BF sales rolling out early. And, more importantly, if Black Friday starts earlier, we can enjoy Thanksgiving without the distractions of a mega shopping event lingering over our heads.

Cher Patch Pocket Shirt + Chelsea Joggers
I got this set at the start of fall, and it’s my favorite way to pull off a faux jumpsuit look. I love that you can wear the items separately or together, creating several outfit options. The fabric is super soft and easy to wear, but it does need to be ironed. The shirt has limited sizes in stock but these joggers are still available in most sizes. I think they would look super cute with an big, oversized sweater, or a fitted black turtleneck

Gloria Graphic Tee
This is my go-to graphic tee. I love that it is black and white, which makes it really easy to build into outfits with my mostly neutrals wardrobe. AND the size run on this shirt has recently been expanded. It now comes in XXS-3X!

The Merly Jacket
This denim jacket has been a favorite of mine for a handful of years now! I tend to wear it more in the spring and summer but I put together a cute fall outfit that I will probably wear soon. I love the slightly oversized fit of this and the very soft fabric. And, of course, the distressing makes my heart sing!

Shilpa Midi Tank Dress
And lastly, the Shilpa Dress! I got this after seeing it on my friend Paige, and it was a favorite for me over the summer. I don’t wear it now that it’s cold, but you can bet it’s going to be in the front of my closet when it starts to warm up again. It’s ultra flattering and ultra comfortable. I highly recommend this one!

I love seeing these looks and am always inspired by your site! I have a random question – can you speak to the sizing and fit of the agolde black jeans you feature in some of these posts? The 90s pinched waist ones? All-cotton jeans are always so tough with the sizing – I’m usually a 28 in denim these days. How many sizes uo did you need to go for these? Thanks!
Hi Ella! The black jeans I have are an older style with stretch. BUT I do have three pairs of 90s pinched waist jeans in blue colors, and I can speak to those! I have all three in my true denim size, and they all fit a little different. Basically, the darker the wash the more snug the fit. So my loosest pair is also the lightest wash with the most distressing. I would suggest ordering them in your usual size AND one size up. And see which you like best. And plan for them to stretch out a bit. But I have a hunch the black does not stretch out a ton, similar to the darker wash blue. I hope this helps!
