A marriage of feminine + casual = a homerun outfit for me. Or as I heard it described recently in regards to outfits: yin and yang, joining of opposites to make a balanced outfit. I pulled this dress out of my summer storage and noticed it was the same tones as my chunky, cropped sweatshirt, I paired them together and loved the result. Note: I think the sweatshirt works over the wide and loose dress because it is cropped. If the sweatshirt was the full length, the proportions might feel off.
