When spring arrives, I often have a hard time dressing for the weather. I scale back my layers, wear less wool, and then wonder, why am I so cold? SMH. Today’s outfit is my answer to that. Wearing some substantial layers, but making them springy – a light cotton sweater, and a light colored (but warm) jacket.
