Simple Color Blocking
I love observing wardrobe and styling in movies and TV shows almost as much as I enjoy the plots. One thing I’ve noticed lately is the amount of color that goes into good outfits. Or maybe another way to put it: the outfits I find most interesting employ well-executed use of color. I’ve tried to translate this to my own styling, because color is FUN and interesting. On this day I wore brown pants, a light pink/mauve sweatshirt, and black and white. It’s a different color palette for me and I am really pleased with how it came together!
- Pleat-Sleeve Sweatshirt: (S) Love the cropped shape and how soft this fabric is!
- Cowboy High Rise Straight Jeans: (29) I finally got the sizing right on these. I’ve tried them in 3 sizes, and found going up 2 sizes yielded the most comfortable fit.
- Remy Rib Tee: (M) c/o
- Pony Clog: (41) Linked to similar
- Tear Drop Tote: c/o Super lightweight, really like this! Will share more soon.
- Hollow Hoops: Bagatiba
