Icy Spring Outfit

We woke up to four inches of snow yesterday. It was a Portland city record for April. Thankfully it was almost all melted by the afternoon, but it was chilly all day. This is what I wore to stay warm: double wool + long socks, but clogs and a basket bag to make it spring-ish!
