One of my favorite ways to create visual interest in my outfits is via proportions, namely unexpected ones. I love it when an item fits extra oversized because it takes the outfit in a direction you weren’t expected to go. It can add contrast, sass and a whole new vibe. When I dress in the morning, I hang on loosely to the idea of looking ‘cute’ and more strongly to the idea of building a look that scratches my personal style itch. This outfit is a fine example of that.
