It seems that most people love a mirror selfie, but I definitely prefer the old-fashioned, hand-the-camera-over method. It feels a lot easier to control the outcome (ironically) and mirror selfies seem prone to clutter and bad light.
You haven’t seen this dress on the blog much this summer, but it’s been getting lots of wear as my swimsuit cover up! It’s perfect because it’s light and it dries fast. I’m not wearing my swimsuit underneath here, I decided to wear it as my outfit for the day. It’s a super easy dress to feel pulled together in, just add a bold necklace and cute shoes. Done.

I love that dress from Able! I have been wanting to get the side-slit tee dress from Everlane that is a similar shape, and length but my size is sold out. I like this one even better with the double v-neck! Love both days and I also love the mirror selfies. :-)
The ABLE dress is great Rebecca, I love the double-V too! Thanks for the feedback on the mirror selfies ;)
I have mixed feelings about mirror selfies. I like that I have complete control but I feel like it can be tough to get a good shot with the right angle and light.
Agreed! If you tilt the camera too much one for or another it does not work out well!!
