What I Wore

Light layers and big pants are the themes this week when it comes to what I’ve been wearing. Our weather isn’t quite hot yet, so light overshirts and jackets have been the perfect accessory. I am working on enjoying my pants and layers while I still can before the weather turns me over to shorts and tank tops!

You might wonder why I am sharing outfits in this format again instead of over in the Currently Wearing section like I’ve done for the last year. Well, to be completely honest, I am taking a bit of a step back from blogging and content creation. I’ve LOVED doing it for the last 7 years but there’s been a bit of sea change in my life – nothing bad, don’t worry – that has led to my desire to make a professional pivot. Part of it: my kids are a little bit older and my husband is working from home, which has freed me up a bit to stretch my legs professionally. I’ll share more down the road when I’m ready.

However, I will *still* be getting dressed every day, and I don’t think I am capable of not documenting what I wear. It’s such a joyful part of my day. But instead of sharing the outfits each day, I’ll go back to sharing a weekly round up. I think this is the best way for me to be consistent. Tank, These are my go-to in the summer. They are on sale, so I just ordered a second white one. I wear a small.
