I am sneaking in a bonus blog post today! As I was prepping my list of favorite Black Friday sales for the Weekly Rundown, I realized I had enough Madewell favorites that they deserved their own blog post! 1. Denim Oversized Chore Coat

This long, denim chore coat has a beautiful curved hemline and looks great with a variety of denim shades. If you like this shade of denim and you’re a chore coat person, I highly recommend this one!
2. Straight Leg Overalls

I bought these last fall and I have worn them countless times since! They have a bit of stretch which makes them extra comfortable. I love how they offer a playful fun vibe to my day. I really enjoy wearing these.
3. Transport Tote
I believe a good tote bag is definitely a closet staple. Most days, I favor a smaller bag but I love my tote for the days when I need to haul extra items (books, magazines, snacks, kids’ stuff), or want to have a place to stow a scarf or a water bottle. And, of course, my tote is essential for travel. I love this one because of the two-tone look, which makes it pair with virtually anything I wear!
4. Bonded Flannel Shirt Jacket

This is a surprise favorite of mine from Madewell this fall! I almost missed it on the site because it’s kind of hard to see it in the stock photos. This is a really soft shirt jacket. The top layer almost reminds me of fabric from a blazer and on the inside it feels nice against my skin. As you can see from the photos above, it has a longer shirt tail in the back. I think this would look super cute with a longer sweater, leggings and chunky boots!
5. (Re)sourced Cashmere Crop Turtleneck Sweater

This one is a fresh take on a closet staple. The cropped length makes it super wearable with all of my high waisted jeans. This sweater is called (Re)sourced because it’s made from 70% recycled cashmere and 30% virgin wool. I love that the cashmere makes it soft and the wool makes it durable.
