I’ve never been so excited to dress for spring as I am this year. And I feel like the clothes at Everlane are matching my mood. They are bright, cheerful, exploratory and fun. Today, I’m sharing a look at some of my favorites from their spring releases.
This post is sponsored by Everlane, an ongoing partner of Seasons + Salt. All ideas, content and opinions are my own.
Fatigue Blazer + Teardrop Tote. Paired w/ Shorts and Tee from Last Year.

Wearing:
Fatigue Blazer (S), c/o / Crewneck Tee (M) / Easy Short (sized up 2x), c/o /
Teardrop Tote, c/o
This is a fun formula I stumbled into recently and truly adore: the blazer and shorts combo. It feels fresh, casual and understated but not underdressed. Even with flip flops. (Is anyone else embracing the return of the flip flop?)
Today I’m styling the Fatigue Blazer, which is a decidedly casual take on a blazer. In terms of dressiness, I’d say this is between a blazer and a chore jacket. It’s more classic than a chore jacket, maybe even a tad more feminine, but less stuffy than other blazers because of the ‘washed’ cotton-linen blend fabric and front patch pockets. I fell for this particular one because I love the Walnut color. The deal was sealed when I realized how practical the fabric is. I can wear it very casually with items like shorts and faded jeans and it’s machine washable!
If you’re wondering how the Fatigue Blazer compares to the Easy Blazer (I was!) I will say the colors are very similar, but it’s the fabric and details that set them apart. The latter is drapey and silky (made from 100% lyocell) with sleek flap pockets.
Here, I styled the Fatigue Blazer with the Teardrop Tote which is a lightweight, knit bag made from recycled polyester. It’s super durable and a great option for the warmer months. It’s minimal in design, it has a streamlined teardrop shape (the biggest attraction for me!) and it is unlined. This is a great grab-and-go bag when you need to carry more than your little purse will allow but don’t want to bring a big heavy or formal leather tote.
The blazer and bag are styled with some older items including the Easy Short – I love these sized up so they have more volume, and the inseam is generous too! My tee has been washed a million times and is suuuuper soft just how I like it.
Mini Dress Styled w/Chunky Slides.

Wearing:
Mini Dress (M), c/o / Teardrop Tote, c/o
Ugghhhh, I love this outfit so much. This dress is SO GOOD. Before we get too excited about the floral print though, I need to tell you that it’s almost sold out. :( BUT, it also comes in white and black. I have the white one too and it’s just as good. It is lined from the bust down, so there is no see-through situation, and the white fabric is soft and floaty. It’s very classic in white.
I was very drawn to this dress for the SHAPE. I love the bigness and shortness of it. It’s super interesting, playful and fun. I like that the bigger sleeves help offset the short length. For reference I am 5’7 and I am wearing a 6, and you can see where this dress hits me.
I particularly love this dress styled with chunky shoes! I think it would be super cute with Everlane’s platform sneaker, and I love the way it’s styled here with Converse. Clogs would obviously be super cute too.
Drape Trench + Eyelet Tank w/Faded 90s Cheeky Jeans.

Wearing:
Eyelet Tank (6) / 90s Cheeky Straight Jean (27), c/o / Drape Trench (M), c/o
As soon as Everlane released their eyelet collection I knew I wanted this tank. I love the cropped shape, the color and the eyelet fabric. I bought it the same day they came out! They didn’t ship for a few weeks so I just got it last week and it’s as cute as I expected! I am excited to wear this one on the hottest of days in the summer with all my high-waisted shorts. Note, the eyelet fabric is lined, but the liner stops about 2 inches short of the length of the top. I am wearing this in my usual size in tops, and find it to run true to size!
I’ve had the 90s Cheeky Jeans in my closet for quite some time, and I really like the 100% cotton, button fly and straight leg. This color has limited sizes, but there are some amazing new ones! The Deep Atlantic is my favorite, and I also like the Canyon. I do find them to run more slim-fit than straight leg, so they might be a good choice if you’re looking to venture out from skinny jeans. I am wearing them in my true size in a regular length inseam.
The Drape Trench has been a staple for me this spring. I am sometimes between a size small and a size medium and I got this in a medium to make sure it had plenty of volume. I love that I can throw it on over almost any outfit and it always looks good. It’s chic and understated, two of my favorite traits in a piece of clothing! You can also see it styled here and here.
Of course it was hard to stuff all my spring favorites from Everlane into one post. I am also enjoying: the Cotton-Merino Cropped Cardigan (you can see it styled here and here) and the drape pant (styled here). You can check out of the rest of my Everlane favorites here!
Feel free to drop me a comment if you have questions about these items. + Thank you so much for stopping by!

I love these outfits! You’ve just changed my mind about the Easy Shorts. To be honest, I have never liked them— but your tip to size up a couple sizes for more volume makes them instantly way cooler and a look I would love to wear! Good eye and styling!
Thank you Michelle! It was a happy accident honestly. I tried them in my size first and didn’t love them, so I kept going up and I like them so much better! Really appreciate the styling compliment. :)
I’ve probably just missed it before, but what are the shoes you are wearing with the adorable dress?
Hi Stacia! They are linked in this post!
Thanks, Andrea!
ooooh would also love to know what shoes you are wearing with the dress? none of the linked pairs seem to look like the pair you are wearing.
Hi Ann, you can find them linked in this post. :)
So sorry! I didn’t realize my link wasn’t showing up!
You mentioned that you sized up. What size are your Everlane Easy Shorts? Thanks
Hi Sheila, my shorts are an 8, and I am usually a 27 or a 4 in bottoms.
No wonder you’re excited to dress for spring!! These are such great outfits!
Thanks friend!!!
That fatigue jacket is pretty great. Can I ask what the shoulder to shoulder measurement is across the back? Do you feel like your shoulders have room to move, or are they strangled? Thanks :)
Hi Lindsey! I just measured and it’s 18″ from seam to seam at the top back. I wore it today with a thin-ish sweatshirt underneath and it didn’t feel restrained at all. And I am so picky about tight shouldere-ed jackets! I hope that helps!
Oh man, 18″ across the shoulders is like my dream movement
Thank you!
Can you put a bug in Everlane’s ear to restock that walnut eyelet tank? It is so dreamy!!
I wish I had that kind of pull!
Do you have a link for the sunglasses you’re wearing here?
Hi! They are by lowercase nyc (linked here).
