Hi friends!
I am so excited to introduce you to a new piece of Seasons + Salt, the rebirth of the ‘Currently Wearing‘ section! I originally launched this with my website revamp last fall, but quickly realized it didn’t fit my long term goals. Anytime I published new looks the old ones disappeared forever. With the help of my amazing web developer Hannah Rose, we created a brand new ‘Currently Wearing’ that is archivable and searchable!
You can see the latest outfit featured on the homepage, as pictured above. And if you click on the ‘See More’ button under the outfit description, it will take you to the full entry on that outfit (which will usually include more photos and a few more links).
And underneath the latest outfit, on the homepage, you can see thumbnails of past outfits. If you click the ‘See All Outfits’ button you will be taken to a catalog of outfits that are searchable by season and item type! I preloaded this with a handful of recent outfits so you can see how it works.
I’m planning on sharing these in semi-real time (the day after I wear them), however, I have been photographing outfits as I’ve been wearing them since my January challenge ended, so I’ll share those first before I get closer to real-time. Right now, my plan is to publish outfits M-F and take weekends off. But I might change my mind and add weekends, we will see!
I love styling outfits and sharing them, it brings me joy in a way I never expected. It’s fun to create, share tips, inspire, and be inspired. I hope this new section will help you grab ahold of your style and creativity and run with it! I hope it will encourage you to pull old favorites out of the dark corners of your closet and give them new life by styling them in fun and interesting ways!
Congrats on the new site feature – it looks great! Have you considered adding an RSS feed to this feature? I personally use an RSS reader to read blog content & rarely visit blog websites directly. I’d love for your outfit posts to show up in my reader app as they are posted!

Adding onto this request, I was able to add this new feature to my reader (Feedly) by going to the main “Currently Wearing” page and copying the url. That worked *except* there’s no photo or text preview – I can only see the title until I click to read and then it looks normal.
