Over the weekend I enlisted Mr. Season’s help shooting some photos for an Instagram promotion I had scheduled this week. It was our first time shooting photos downtown since the coronavirus lockdown started. It was a little weird being out, but creatively it felt wonderful to shoot somewhere else besides my house or surrounding streets!
Anyway… I ended up liking the photos so much I decided I wanted to share them on the blog in a bit of a photo essay.
A quick note on the title of this blog post: ‘Summer Outfit Cheat’… I called it that because that is exactly how I describe these sandals. They are the perfect ‘cheat’ to make almost any summer outfit look extra chic! Long dress, add flat, dressy sandals. Cut-off shorts, add these sandals. Short skirt? Leather sandals with a relaxed fit and an oversized buckle! I was surprised to try these on with all my basic outfits, and to see how they upped the cool factor.
