Happy holiday weekend to my stateside friends! We’ve been been spending time the last few days watching a Fourth of July parade, BBQing with friends and family, lighting fireworks, and eating way too much. I’m definitely not mad about it.
You can see I wore my blue linen jumpsuit for the Fourth. I felt appropriately festive while staying true to my personal style. We spent a lot of time sitting in the hot sun and by the end of the day my outfit had gotten a bit wrinkly. But I was very breezy in the heat of the day!

Today I wore this combo, nearly identical to what I wore on Day 5. I almost didn’t wear it because I feel apprehensive about repeating outfits in this series. But that’s just silly, and repeating outfits is REAL LIFE. And I want this series to be true to that, even if it means some days the outfits might be less exciting.
I really like wearing this top with shorts because it makes it feel like way more of an outfit than if I was wearing a tank or a tee. Bonus: the eyelets make the top very heat friendly!
