We go through breakfast phases in our house. Last year it was oatmeal bars, during the summer it was granola and honey over greek yogurt, and currently it’s Peanut Butter Overnight Oats, and I think this one is my favorite. I eat it every morning in the car, with my coffee while we all make the drive to school/work. Recipe note: I prefer 1.5 tablespoons of peanut butter instead of 2.
I read some excellent blogging advice the other day. It’s the kind you can only get from a seasoned blogger. Much of the advice resonated with me, especially #1 and #5.

I loved the blogging tips – thanks for sharing! And I’ve been wanting to give overnight oats a try as a new breakfast for us (we get into breakfast habits too), so I’m going to try that recipe.
Yay!! Let me know what you think of the oats!
Overnight oats are my absolute fave – I just finished a bowl! My favorite combo is oats w/ brown sugar & cinnamon, then adding blueberries and sliced almonds on top before heating it up. The blogging advice is great too!
Yum! That sounds really good. Do you always heat yours up?
